Events are always special at Zone of Light Studio!
Zone of Light Studio is 9,800 square feet of warehouse fun for your events and parties. Whether you simply need a space for a meeting, or are looking for a creative space for your upcoming auction, we have you covered. The space has five restrooms (three are handicap accessible), a kitchen prep space, two multi-purpose "classrooms" (with wall-size projectors available), a FABULOUS Black-Light Room, and over 4,000 square feet of open space for a big event.
Our space has the industrial warehouse feel with a bit of whimsy. From the chandeliers draped with feathers and baubles, to the jukebox in the corner, and the scroll player piano, and the lounge couch for 15, we are an eclectic space waiting to transform into whatever you need!

Just talk to us about your ideas! You can customize your event — bringing your own caterer (or bartender), designer and furnishings, or let us help. Creativity is our claim to fame!
General Costs: Events range from $600 to thousands of dollars, depending on event needs and factors relating to the event.
50% due at time of contract signing. Balance due 10 days before event.

- Main Space is $275 per hour (four hour minimum on weekends) for up to 125 guests
add $100 per hour for 126-200 guests,
For 200-260 guests, the rate is $450 per hour
Events with over 260 guests is at discretion of owner, Amy Wilson - Set-Up fees are $150 per hour, additional fees may apply
- Prices increase after 11pm
- Holiday prices are 25% more,
- $100 per hour per extra room (Room A, Room B or Black Light Room) two hour minimum (for up to 125 guests),
add $50 per hour for 126-200 guests - Table Decorations and room décor are available for rental -- let us know what you're looking for!
- Tables (rectangular or round) and chairs are available for rental.
- Cotton Candy, Popcorn or Sno-cone machines (includes supplies and operator)
$150 each for two hours - Hot Dog Machine (you supply your own dogs, buns, etc) -- $50 for the event
- Karaoke machine -- $150 for two hours
- Games: Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Yard Pong, Giant Checkers -- $25 per game
Giant Chess -- $125 (set up before the event) - Police officer -- $80 per hour (for evening events 60-125 people) -- prices increase after 11pm
2 police officers -- $150 per hour for 126-200 guests
3 police officers -- $200 per hour for 200-260 guests - $50-75 additional per hour for extra setup
- Clean-up by studio personnel starts at $350 (depends on size of party and event variables)
- An additional, refundable, $600 Security Deposit is required before the event,
and returned within two days after the event (minus any deductions)
Be advised -- parking is NOT ALLOWED at the Paw Palace next-door or across the street at QuickShot -- please do not park there, even for quickly dropping off/picking up. You may park in front of DeLongs (to our right, if you're facing the studio). Thank you for your cooperation.
